Watch programs through different angles

Can anyone tell me, how "watch programs through different angles" is happening technically.
E.g. To view a football/Cricket match at different angle

My initial thought:-
1. Single PMT has more than one Video, which contains the same instance of video at different angle. That can be selectable from RCU like audio with different languages.
2. I have never came across with this kind of streams.

Can any one throw some light to this thread.

Can any one tell, how to insert subtitle/text to the video.
I tried with below 2 softwares for text overlay, but still I am wating for perfection.

DTH Portability Issues & lack of bandwidth in India

There are a lots of DTH provider in India like Tata Sky, Airtel TV, Sun TV, Big TV, Dish TV.
All are using different transponder from different Satellite.
Datas for analysis:--
Dish TV - NSS6 (# 6 transponder)
Tata Sky - Insat 4A (#12 transponder)
Big TV - Measat 3 (#7 transponder)
Airtel TV - Insat 4CR (#7 transponder)
Sun Tv - Insat 4B (#12 transponder)
Calculation:--
1 Transponder = 36 MHz
36MHz = will carry 18-20 SD channels

So as per above analysis, we are consuming a lot of Bandwidths in DTH operation.
So to solve this issue, we can use Same transponder for each DTH broadcaster.
But, to get rid of the accessibility issue, all DTH broadcaster should have their own CAS system.
This way we can fight against "Lack of Bandwidth".

So only same 12-15 Transponder can be used by all the DTH broadcaster.
